Michael was born by Emergency Cesarean at QEII Hospital - MT Gravatt Queensland.
We had to stay in Hospital for five days.

Michael's First Christmas !
Michael was 8months old when he had his first Christmas. Here he is sitting on Santa's lap for the first time. Mike was quite happy, but I think Santa looks cranky, lol.

First Official Photo: Not yet Goalkeeper, he started playing as Keeper towards the end of this season and stayed in that position throughout his Hockey playing days.

This is the last known picture of Michael. It was taken at Mirikai Therapeautic Community Centre a few weeks before he passed.

Passed away on February 04, 2008 at the age of 18 years & 10 months.
Not a day goes by that we don't miss our beloved, special son. He may not have been perfect, but he was perfect for us!!!!

Michael's Cross built & put up at the accident site by his Dad & Mum. We visit the site often and put flowers there to honour and remember our dearly loved son.

To honour our dearly beloved son Michael we built a new cross and placed it at the accident site today: 4th February 2009! 12months since Mike departed from this earth!
Thanks to everyone who came with us and to those who came to our place throughout the day. You will never know how much you all mean to us!! God Bless You All: There are Angels here on Earth and you all are living proof!
Also thank you dearly to Mike's Lovely Aunty Bev who willingly gave up her very busy schedule to paint his name is beautiful calligraphy on his new cross.
